Along with 25 years of experience Hope has been nominated for Awards such as North American hairstylist of the year, Wella colorist of the year and Published in national hair magazines.

Hair cutting expert: Her precision cutting makes her an expert in everything from the perfect bob to sexy, long layers. Hope has a knack for fixing haircut mistakes makes her the go-to stylist to get out of your haircut rut.

Hair color: Hope believes that hair color should be a collaboration between artist and guest and expression of an individual’s style.

A BCIT Cosmetology graduate, she’s certified in organic color, lived-in blondes, balayage, extensions, calligraphy cuts, and keratin treatments. Her creative eye and authentic warmth perfectly reflect WAIR’s belief in personalized, conscious beauty. Outside the salon, Michelle enjoys time with her son and puppy, exploring new restaurants, and appreciating life’s simple joys.

With over three decades of professional experience, Heather specializes in precision haircuts for women, men, and children, along with formal event styling and extensions. Outside the salon, Heather enjoys family time, concerts with her husband, crocheting, and cozy movie nights.

Tamara’s lifelong love for the beauty industry began in her family’s salon and blossomed into a 30-year career defined by creativity, heart, and connection. A Rizzieri graduate, mentored by Frank Rizzieri and WAIR’s own Hope Doms, she blends artistry with compassion, drawing inspiration from nature and photography. Tamara’s philosophy—beauty through listening, nurturing, and authenticity—creates a welcoming, judgment-free space where every client feels seen and cared for.
